WinterBlast is a free, kid-friendly, annual street party hosted by Santa Rosa Urban Arts Partnership. Located near the corner of South A St. and Sebastopol Ave. The evening includes food & drink vendors, a parade with rolling sofa “floats”, live music, multiple circus performers, open art studios, and more.
